Our Relaxation massage, also known as a Swedish massage, is a type of massage therapy that’s primarily known for its relaxing effects. With this technique, a massage therapist targets your muscles with a combination of friction, gliding strokes, and kneading. Duration: 60 minutes total (5 min to get ready, 50 min hands-on, 5 min to get dressed)
